25 Creek Drive opened in September of 2022 and is the first class-A building of its kind in Beacon. Situated on a former Department of Public Works lot, it underwent extensive cleanup and transformation. The project seamlessly merges industrial aesthetics with a contemporary vision.

Currently, the building is home to the US headquarters of Docuware, a prominent German software company, on its first and second floors, catalyzing economic growth and job creation in the Beacon region.
