25 Creek Drive opened in September of 2022 and is the first class-A building of its kind in Beacon. Situated on a former Department of Public Works lot, it underwent extensive cleanup and transformation. The project seamlessly merges industrial aesthetics with a contemporary vision.

Currently, the building is home to the US headquarters of Docuware, a prominent German software company, on its first and second floors, catalyzing economic growth and job creation in the Beacon region. Above, two floors feature high-end residential units presenting 2-3 bedroom apartments with breathtaking views and modern amenities.

Design

The interiors of 25 Creek Drive offer high ceilings, gas fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, and modern fixtures. Each 2-3 bedroom apartment features private balconies with views of Fishkill Creek, while penthouse roof decks provide panoramic 360-degree views of the mountains, creek, and surroundings. The project transformed the area, creating green spaces like the 25 Creek extension of the Greenway Trail and a public pocket park, in line with Weber Projects' commitment to sustainability and community.
